BLOKFIELD.INC (referred to as "we," "our," and "us") understands and respects your desire to maintain your privacy. It is our priority to maintain your privacy in all of your dealings with us, including through your use of the CryptoHunter World Move to Earn running app (“App”). We may, in the course of providing our services to you, be required to collect your personal information.

This Privacy Policy is intended to explain how we and our related entities will collect your personal information and protect your privacy. We are headquartered in Turkey, and our services are provided to you by us. This policy was written in English. To the extent a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.

Unless indicated otherwise, this Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party products or services or the practices of companies that we do not own or control, including other companies you might interact with on or through our services.

1. What information is covered under this policy?

Personal information is any information about you which can be used to identify you. This includes information about you as a person (such as name, address, and date of birth), your devices, payment details, and even information about how you use an app or online service.

In the event our app contains links to third-party sites and services, please be aware that those sites and services have their own privacy policies. After following a link to any third-party content, you should read their posted privacy policy information about how they collect and use personal information.

We also collect information about your location and physical movements in order for the App to function properly and monitor and verify forms of eligible movement. You may turn location monitoring on and off from time to time using the settings of your operating system of your mobile device but, if you disable this functionality, we will not be able to collect information relating to your step-count and GPS location which will prevent tracking and/or conversion of your movement into CHW tokens.

2. Personal information that we may collect from you

Information we collect falls into one of two categories: “voluntarily provided” information and “automatically collected” information.

(1) “Voluntarily provided” information refers to any information you knowingly and actively provide us when using our app and its associated services.

(2) “Automatically collected” information refers to any information automatically sent by your device in the course of accessing our app and its associated services.

3. Log Data

When you access our servers via our app, we may automatically log the standard data provided by your device. It may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, your device type and version, your activity within the app, time and date, and other details about your usage.

Additionally, when you encounter certain errors while using the app, we automatically collect data about the error and the circumstances surrounding its occurrence. This data may include technical details about your device, what you were trying to do when the error happened, and other technical information relating to the problem. You may or may not receive notice of such errors, even in the moment they occur, that they have occurred, or what the nature of the error is.

Please be aware that while this information may not be personally identifying by itself, it may be possible to combine it with other data to personally identify individual persons.

4. Device Data

Our app may access and collect data via your device's in-built tools, such as:

  • Location, GPS data

  • Accelerometer

  • Storage, photos and/or media

When you install the app or use your device’s tools within the app, we request permission to access this information. The specific data we collect can depend on the individual settings of your device and the permissions you grant when you install and use the app.

We will not collect sensitive information about you without first obtaining your consent, and we will only use or disclose your sensitive information as permitted, required, or authorized by law.

7. Legitimate Reasons for Processing Your Personal Information

We only collect and use your personal information when we have a legitimate reason for doing so. In which instance, we only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide our services to you.

We may collect personal information from you when you do any of the following on our website:

9. How We Store Your Personal Information

We maintain commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we adhere to the following data retention and deletion policies:

Storage and Deletion of GPS and Location Data: We collect and store GPS and location data to ensure the proper functioning and enhanced experience of the CryptoHunter World app. This data is retained for a maximum period of 14 days, after which it is automatically and irreversibly deleted from our systems. This ensures that your privacy is maintained, and no unnecessary information is kept on our servers beyond the required period. (GDPR Article 6(1)(f))

Storage and Deletion of Personal Information: Personal information, such as your email address and name, is retained for the duration your account exists on our system. Upon account deletion, all personal information is immediately and permanently deleted from our systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements. (GDPR Article 5(1)(e))

We take all reasonable steps and precautions to ensure that any transmission of your personal information via the internet is secure. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data transmitted to our website, and you agree and acknowledge that any such transmissions are at your own risk.

Once we receive your information, we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. This may include storing any information on a secure server and employing strict procedures and security features to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure.

All our employees with access to your information are held to the confidentiality obligations as set out in this Privacy Policy.
